In 1999
We applied for the first time in a Greek Municipality the double-entry system (in the Municipality of Amarousio) and we prepared the 1st municipal balance sheet nationwide.1
Until 2003
Implementation of the branch accounting plan of the Organisations of Local Authorities. P.D.315/1999 in dozens of Municipalities of the Greek territory, a fact that made our company a lead player in the area of Self-Government, providing specialized expertise in the service mechanism of Organisations of Local Authorities.
2003
Participation of ANAVATHMISI S.A. executives both at the stage of planning and the subsequent implementation of the new sectoral accounting plan of the Health units P.D.146/2003.1
2004
Participation of ANAVATHMISI S.A. executives in the preparatory work that took place within the committee of the National Accounting Council (E.SY.L.) for the revision of the provisions of the P.D. 315/1999 and its adaptation to the new type of Budgeting.
2006
Elaboration of dozens of Business Plans in Municipalities in collaboration with a number of University Institutions, an innovation introduced with the new Code of Municipalities and Communities (L.3463/2006).
2010
Participation of ANAVATHMISI S.A. executives in the committee of the Ministry of Interior for the compilation of the guide of the Opening Census for the Organisations of Local Authorities of first and second grade.
2011
Significant contribution to the economic and administrative consolidation of hundreds of municipalities imposed by the Kallikratis program (L.3852/2010).
2011-2016
Implementation of the branch accounting plan of the Organisations of Local Authorities P.D.315/1999 in dozens of consolidated Municipalities of the territory.
2017-2020
Participation in the project S.W.A.N. (a digital Solid Waste reuse platform for BalkaN), within the European program INTERREG-BalkanMed 2014-2020, with a total budget of 1 million euros.
2018
Conducting a Census and preparation of the Opening Balance Sheet of the Peloponnese Region.
2021
Application of the new Accounting Framework of the General Government (P.D. 54/2018), based on International Public Sector Accounting Standards, for the first time in a Greek Municipality, in the Municipality of Fyli, in collaboration with the Athens University of Economics.
Recording of the basic procedures of the Internal Control System of Financial Management for the first time in Greece, in the Municipality of Polygyros.
2021
Development in collaboration with PlanBe and the University of the Aegean, of the 1st Greek Voluntary Local Review on behalf of the Municipality of Skiathos.
Development in collaboration with PlanBe, of a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan for the Municipality of Perama.
2022
Conducting a Census and drawing up the Beginning and End of Use Balance Sheet for the years 2019-2021 of the Region of Eastern Macedonia & Thrace.
Implementation of the new Accounting Framework of the General Government (P.D. 54/2018) in the Hellenic National Public Health Organization.
Recording, standardization and modeling of the basic procedures of Fiscal Management in the Municipality of Corinthia.
